A Visit to Sarah Nolen's Studio!
The Boston Area Guild of Puppetry is having our summer meeting on Sunday July 29 5:30 PM, at a special location. We will be at the Waltham Mills Artist Association in Waltham for a tour of Sarah Nolen's Studio! Sarah Nolen is the Resident Artist at Puppet Showplace Theater, and she will show us her various projects.
There will also be Show and Tell, if you would like to bring in a new puppet or projects. Also a potluck dinner during the break, so bring something to share. We will also talk about upcoming events, and this year's Regional Festival.

Puppet Slam is an evening of short, theatrical mini-plays for adults. The performers range from the seasoned professional to the nascent puppeteer, and often include poets, musicians, dancers, mimes, actors, and other sundry affiliated artists.

PUPPETEERS OF AMERICA
September 18 – 23, 2018
The Puppeteers of America Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions are joining the Puppets in the Green Mountains Festival produced by Sandglass Puppet Theater for Puppet Homecoming 2018. Open to professionals, students, and puppetry enthusiasts, PH 2018 will be a weekend of workshops, shows, camaraderie, special events, and more.
This is the tenth edition of Sandglass Theater's international festival in Brattleboro, Vermont. This year's Festival, titled Opening Our Doors, September 18 – 23, 2018, is 6 days of performances that foster a spirit of inclusivity and are designed for both children and adults. You can visit the Homecoming Website to learn more about it. Another is planned for 2014.
